「Property was brand new, clean & tastefully decorated. It is not what I would consider downtown. I would not recommend it to families or my group of ladies as the park right across the street, the sidewalk, & parking lot across from the apartment building is littered with homeless people & vehicles are parked everywhere with people living in them. Because of this, I would not return or recommend.」
