Cozy Apartment for 4, 2 Sleeping Areas, Calm Location in Eaux-Bonnes

You enter this cozy apartment via a small walkway (this walkway can be snowy in winter; a shovel is available for tenants to clear the snow). A first bedroom welcomes you with a 160/200 cm bed, a second sleeping area with a 140/190 cm bed and a wardrobe.
Going down the stairs, you enter the living room with a corner bench seat, television (TV reception is spotty; the agency will not be responsible for poor TV reception), a relaxing armchair, and a dining area. The wood-burning stove is prohibited.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker and filter coffee maker, microwave, raclette grill, and everything you need for cooking.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink with a vanity unit, and a washing machine.
The toilet is separate.
Pets are not allowed.

Tourist tax: current rate/night/person 18 years and older.
Optional services at preferential rates: bed linen and towel rental, end-of-stay cleaning.
Deposit: €260 (credit card imprint).

Nestled in the heart of the Gourette cirque in the Ossau Valley, the ski resort offers exceptional views at an altitude of over 2,450 meters. With family or friends, enjoy the 40 slopes suitable for all levels with over 1,100 meters of vertical drop!
In summer, come and discover mountain activities: canyoning, climbing, treetop adventure courses, as well as numerous hikes and walks!

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning fee for a 3-room apartment: €120. - Baby crib rental: €20.
- Towel set: €18.
- 140cm wide fabric sheets: €27.

Séjour agréable au calme, par contre il n’y a pas de lumière dans l’escalier pour descendre dans la pièce de vie, c’est un peu dangereux. Sinon parfait.
