Single-family house, built in 1939. 700 m from the sea. Private: property 750 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (28 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Store" - 700m from the sea", 4-room house 108 m2. Object suitable for 7 adults + 2 children. Living room with 1 double sofabed and TV. Studio with with 3 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). 2 showers/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 2 beds. View of the sea. Facilities: children's high chair.
