Staff kind, actively listen.
Breakfasts were delicious, a great way to start each day.
Good value.
Weather was dreadful, so zi will return again to enjoy the walkways and beach. Probably July … really looking forward to it.」

「Toilet was broken in the room therefore we were moved to another room after we had unpacked everything so very inconvenient. Soap dispenser in the ladies main bathroom by the pool didn't work so no soap and they didn't fix it. The gym didn't have a remote for the TV and there wasn't any wipes to clean gym equipment before or after use. TV wasn't used in the room as the remote didn't seem to work to open a channel and unable to figure out how it worked. The continental breakfast was good and...

「The room was fairly clean, the kitchen area could use a good cleaning. The smells coming out of that area were not pleasant. Once I cleaned the AC filter it worked well. The staff are very friendly and the beds were comfortable. A fairly central location to restaurants and the main beach. I didn’t have to use my car at all while I was there which was nice. Worth staying there for a 100 per night.」

「Clean rooms, wonderful reception I think her name was Ashley who checked us in.Very knowledgeable of the area,recommendation's for eating and where the best place to go for coffee. When we decide to go back to Sylvan lake we will definitely stay」
