“I had horrible stay”

“Une expèrience affreuse, pas de place pour stationner, tu demandes on te dit dans la rue a 100m essaie de trouver une place. Dans l'annonce le petit déjeuner est inclut, sur place on te dit non mais des clients ont droit. Il n' y a rien a coté, ça sent les égouts, chemin dsngereux. J'ai une video”

“9 jours (du 26 juillet au 5 août 2025) avec un problème différents tous les jours. Pas de Clim, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et pas de serviettes de bains tous les jours.Restauration du petit déjeuné, du midi et du soir catastrophique ( 3h d’attente/attaque de chats/70% de la carte non dispo). Chambre non faites tous les jours et par endroit très vétuste . Gardien d’hôtel non présent tous les soirs (prévoir de sauter le mur pour rentrer dans sa chambre). Merci au personnel qui fait son max……

“We stayed for a few nights as a family with two young kids and loved the farm environment with its playground and games like football and table tennis. The family room was lovely, with beautiful gardens, hot showers, and very comfortable beds. Breakfast on the sun terrace was delicious and set us up perfectly for the day. We did a guided walk in the area and also spent time relaxing by the river near the restaurant. Do bring paints or pens for the kids, as there isn’t much else to do nearby……

“Our stay at Riad Cle de Sol was absolutely wonderful a real oasis of peace and beauty in the countryside. From start to finish, the team was welcoming, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Before arrival, communication was excellent, transparent, and flexible with tours, prices, and packages. Everything was personalised and thoughtfully arranged. The riad itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and feels like a luxurious wellness escape. The food was delicious, and the hospitality……

“Never again will I set foot in this hotel! The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom was a disaster the toilet was broken, and within minutes of turning on the shower, the floor turned into a swamp from the slow drainage. We couldn’t even bathe properly and ended up doing a miserable under-the-sink wash like we were camping in a rundown shack. The towels were disgusting, covered in huge brown stains, and there was no toilet paper we had to go down to reception and……

“The Lights went out on our first night but came back after 2 hours or so. The hotel is far from amenities. We travelled in December and the hotel was empty with one or two other guests during our stay. The weather was cold in Marrakech. The staff were pleasant and professional, especially Munir and the room service lady. ”
