「Great Stay. Room confortable, good breakfast with a nice coffee machine. I stayed 2 nights with my 10 year old daugther. The only observation was at the moment of chek-in I almost faint because there was a confusion with the booking, buy they fixed everything and I get my room. 」

「The host family is super nice. The rooms are clean. The bed was small but comfortable. Hot water was spotty, and the shower was not ideal, but it got the job done. Overall, I loved the neighborhood- great food, coffee shop, and easy to Uber to the main parts of Quito and Cumbaya. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. 」

「Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine.」
