「We enjoyed our stay at the Go Quito Hotel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop restaurant were absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. 「They don’t give you the beds you book for」

「More of a dried up Hostel than Hotel. What Amenities? I was DECEIVED. I want a REFUND, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact EXPEDIA, so I write this Review. First, Location is very good, just 2 minutes behind Quicentro, a Fabulous Shopping & Dining Mall. BUT! I Reserved an Apartment Suite, multi-rooms & Kitchen. What I was given was a run down single room in need of repair, with a dangling smoke alarm from the ceiling, electrical outlets so loose my plugs fell out, and walls so thin I could hear...
