“Great host, very kind, communicative, helpful and available. Location was super convenient and room was spacious and accommodated 4 of us (two adults, two children with bed and two pullouts). Parking was easy. There is a coin laundry in the basement but bring lots of quarters. $2.50 for the washer, $2.00 for the dryer at the time of this writing. They worked well. “The host was very responsive and the place was lovely, safe and quiet, close to downtown and had plenty of street as well as dedicated parking spaces. I'd pack shampoo and moisturizer (something I usually don't pack when I book a hotel), everything else is available at the location.”

“Upon arrival, we had difficulty communicating with the owner. There had been a payment issue but VRBO never told us & any messages the owner was sending never came through. The link to the page that was supposed to contain instructions was broken. We had to contact VRBO and get them to contact the owner, only to find out we had to process a payment to get access. Note - the outside of the building and the parking areas are POORLY maintained. The gated parking is wild. People park any sort of way……

“I loved the cleanliness and location of the property. If I had to criticize anything it would be the mattress which we found needed a bit more firmness. Also, the speaker for the projector could use a bit more volume.There is a coffee maker there but be sure to pack your own coffee to bring along. All in all we enjoyed our stay .”
