「Aucun personnel, pas de ménage durant le séjour de 3 nuits. Pas de rideaux occultant et un rideau en toile qui ne couvre pas toute la fenêtre Vols d’avions empêchant d’ouvrir la fenêtre. Petit déjeuner à partir de 10h!!!! Autant dire pas de petit déjeuner. Wifi de mauvaise qualite 」

「The blanket and pillow are not whitish clean with smelly, looked used-for-long-time-ago. The room was very small but with very high expensive room rate. It was not worthwhile. The only good point was the hotel above the convention centre where Metro exit and a big supermarket were there.」

「This was a cute, clean boutique hotel 15 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower. Centrally located by many Metro lines as well. The rooms were very well kept and the amenities were great. Reception was super helpful in recommending places for us to eat and very nice and attentive the rest of our stay. If I come back to Paris in the future, this is where I’d stay.」

「Introduce the hotel to friends」

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「It’s a good hotel and friendly front desk members. We love the great breakfast there and the bathtub in room007. Basically things are great. But we have one friend leave France early and we told front desk lady A to check her out, she says it’s nothing need to do or worry about. But when rest of us check out, the front desk lady B charge three more nights Paris’ tax on our bill. We tried to let her understand her college told us no need to do check out for her but now she says “there is no note...

「The staff were very very very friendly! They always provided necessary service and info timely. Also, the hotel location is good, it will not take much time on foot to reach Sacré-Cœur, Galeries Lafayette and good restaurants. Briefly, I like the cozy hotel, and I will come back when I visit Paris!」
