「the kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, but there was dirty dishes in the oven and microwave, floors were really dirty, master bathtub was dirty and hair in it, the back yard was junky with dead bushes, trashn not upkept at all, the garage had an extra fridge which was nice but the garage is full of junk and just a total disaster.」

「The host was very responsive. Our major compaint was the lack of cleanliness. We didn't cook, but brought food in. Every piece of flatware was dirty even tho it was in the drawer and we had to wash it before we used it. I flipped the light switch next to the sink, thinking it was the light but it was the disposal which made a horrid noise. When we stripped the beds, the pillows were stained. 「Host was amazing and answered EVERY phone call we made the first day. We didn’t find any hand/face towels in the home. The bathroom rugs in the master bathroom need to be laundered, and our confirmation email with specifics hadn’t been updated to reflect new house rules. Those are a few of the little things we’d like to mention but in NO way did that hamper our stay.」
