Nice, extremely clean hotel. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. Decent breakfast. Only issue was, having to wait until almost 4 to check in because our room wasn't ready for our 3pm check in.

During our stay, the maintenance man was very helpful and competent. He was able to fix the toilet in our second room quickly. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We encountered several problems during our stay. We were awakened from our sleep at 7:30 am on Saturday (August 8) by the fire alarm going off. We summoned the front desk. A young man came up, surveyed the room, and left. He came back about 10 min. later and said there was no fire, but didn’t give us a reason for the alarm going off. He didn’t offer us another room until we asked. After we moved to the 2nd room, the toilet wouldn’t fill up with water. A maintenance man did come up, checked the toilet, and replaced various parts on the inside and outside of the toilet (not something you’d expect to need done when staying at a hotel). During our stay, we never had our trashes emptied and the beds were never made. Lastly, there was no working ice machine on any of the floors. We’ve stayed in hotels all over the U.S. and Europe, and I can say we’ve NEVER run into anything like what we experienced at this hotel! Mike and Cheri Branham August 11, 2026

Pretty good all around. Comfy bed, hot water, good wifi, safe. I was a little disappointed about the pool (closed but no one knows why) and the weight/fitness room has no AC so gets hot and stuffy.
