「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Comme d’habitude au top, à chaque fois je me dis que c’est un des meilleurs établissements de la région Dieppoise, le personnel est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire et les prestations sont à la hauteur d’un 4*. C’est systématiquement la que je vais, je ne me pose même plus la question.」
