「El personal y los servicios. En cuanto llegamos querían cobraron alegando que la tarifa de plataforma estaba mal ya que yo les había escrito por Whatsapp y me quería cobrar el triple. Yo reserve para mi esposo, mis hijos de 13 y 12 y yo ya que me indicaron por Whatsapp que los menores de 10 no pagaban y llevé a mis bebés de 3 y 2 años. Al llegar querían cobrarnos por dos más. Fatal. Al reclamar nos hicieron perder tiempo en recepción la recepcionista fue a llamar aparte al jefe y bueno dijeron...

「so the owner of the manager was very good however the woman at the check-in was rude and did not know English she was difficult to work with. Out of spite she gave me a room with no window very uncool the breakfast was good and the view from the rooftop was good but it needs to be renovated it's falling apart overall I would give this a B minus as far as lodging there are better places to stay」

「Personal ist absolut planlos und unfähig Das Unterkunft ist in einem desolatenzustand und wird als Stundenhotel von kuriosen gestalten genutzt Internet funktioniert nur auf die Rezeption undim Zimmer ist die Verbindung schrecklich und t Brecht ständig ab Wir haben am Vortag uns um 8 Uhr morgens zum Frühstück angemeldet war pünktlich im Frühstückraum und unserer Essen ist um 9:12 Uhr bekommen und dabei zu erwähnen das in dem ganzen Haus nur sechs Gäste mit uns zusammen war Eine Stern kriegt...

「Aircondition was leaking water inside in the room, our luggage was soaking wet. We tried to contact the reception but there was no one there. We wrote to the hostel via WhatsApp and called them but no reply. Even now after 24 hours we havnet heard anything. Would not recommend this place. 」
