This private second story condo features three bedrooms and two full baths plus sofa bed in living room. Updated appliances, fully equipped kitchen and stylish furnishing throughout make it perfect for a great summer or winter getaway. Back deck overlooks the 18-hole championship Wolf Creek Utah public golf course. Plus, you have key FOB access to the resort's outdoor pool (summer), hot tub, mini golf, tennis, basketball and pickle ball courts, clubhouse, sauna, and game room.

Coming during ski season? You are minutes from Powder Mountain Ski Resort and a beautiful 30-minute drive to Snowbasin Ski Resort. The Ogden Valley is an outdoor retreat: ski, hike, mountain bike, swim, fish, rock climbing. Try a sleigh ride, horseback riding, or paddleboat, kayak or rent a boat for a day on Pineview Lake or Causey Reservoir to water ski, wakeboard or fish. Shop in Eden where the local stores are full of unique gifts, antiques, art and clothing. Top your day off with great restaurants in Eden, Huntsville or Ogden Canyon.

Upon arrival, you will find updated appliances, ice maker, spices, blender, dishes and pans, toaster, Kuerig combination coffee maker, mixer, crockpot, dishwasher detergent, basic paper goods, luxurious linens and towels, e-pay/coin laundry room, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV, portable upstairs air conditioning unit and portable crib.

My wife, adult daughter and I stayed at this condo for a ski trip in March 2024. We liked the location close to Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. We all enjoyed our visit. The Condo was a little tough to locate in the dark on arrival but it couldn’t be easier to get to once we found it. Parking was always available steps away from the unit. We had all of the necessary conveniences, big TV, well appointed kitchen, modern appliances and bright, clean modern bathrooms. We did some cooking and watched a movie in the cozy living room. The beds are all comfy, blankets and towels were warm , thick and soft. The decor was tasteful and well thought out. Closet space and dressers were spacious and plentiful. A bear theme and ski theme are present throughout. I would highly recommend this unit and host Terry who was quick to respond to our questions.

Nice and Cozy Retreat!
We had a great stay for a wintry weekend as a family! The rental was warm and cozy. The electric heating took a bit to get the hang of and the first night the upstairs was way too warm. (Just lower the upstairs temps and mostly keep on the downstairs.) We didn’t realize the loft bunks and bathroom upstairs were both through the bedroom, so there really isn’t a master bedroom/bathroom together. The owners were great to work with and answered a question we had promptly. Things were well-stocked and plenty of towels, dishes, etc and the big TV and games were a big hit with the kids! This unit is a bit of a hike from the parking lot and did require about 2 flights of stairs, so be prepared. But it was quiet and undisturbed. Kids enjoyed good sledding hills behind the units on the golf course hills next to the peaceful lake. Clubhouse and hot tub were great! Would recommend for small family of 4 or 5 or a double couples retreat.
