「The ac was was so loud we couldn't use it. The sheets were not clean on the bed... if they were clean then they were grossly stained. The bed was also hard and clanked with every movement you made. The desk chair was broke and wouldn't raise up to the desk at all. Ended up not even sleeping there. Only good thing there was the kind lady at the desk.」

「The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? Maybe it was because I was telling my wife a story, and she was tired of hearing it. Maybe it was that she was tired of cleaning. I don't know the reason. Good customer service doesn't include...

「Room was disgusting, walked in and a painting was broken on the floor behind one of the beds, cigarette butts under the bed and hair and discarded food in random spots. This was a cheap stay but I think next year I’d rather go somewhere else than stay in this dirty ashtray.」

「We didn't know what to expect. This place was up to it's high rating. Julia and the rest of the staff were very accommodating! The place was renovated into the hotel Teo years ago and still feels brand new. The a/c was the quietest we have ever experienced!! There is one of the coolest little markets next door along with some other places to eat that we will try the next time. Loved the waterfalls and casino close by.」

「So overall our stay was good. The front desk staff that checked us in and the one that we gave the key to as we were leaving were both really nice and helpful. I loved that we could check in anytime we wanted to. However, the room was pretty expensive for just one bed one night and the picture showed a hot tub but our room did not have one.
