Stayed here one night with my partner for his birthday. Lovely scenery, cozy get away. Staff were very helpful on the phone when needed.

Had a fantastic weekend stay at Wakehurst dome, great communication with staff prior and during visit. Lots to see, beautiful calm surroundings. Hot tub was great, clean and so relaxing. Highly recommend!

This was fun and different to do. However £380 for one night on a Sunday in October was way too much. I think £200 would be a fairer price. I’ve stayed in way nicer treehouses for less than £380 during the winter. I expected much higher standard. The bathroom was tiny. There should have been underfloor heating as the floor was freezing and it took ages to heat up using the fire and the pathetic heaters under the bed. It was too cold for a long time and cold when we woke up in the morning and just took too long to heat. The kitchen area was too small and the floor was cheap vinyl.. it just wasn’t a high quality finish like you’d expect for this kind of money. I would have left a really good review if it was £200 a night. £380 is just too much. I would not recommend unfortunately. In the summer it would be warm and much better. The winter prices should be a lot lower.

Amazing place to stay

It was amazing short break for our family. Loved tranquility and sense of being a part of nature. Very comfortable beds. Easy video instructions to set up hot tub, fire place … Thank you for beautiful stay. We will come back.

My family and I stayed at Wakehurst, it had everything we needed for a cosy and chilled getaway. Lots of nice touches, just be careful not to have the wood burner going too strong before sleeping cos the top can get very warm - figured out how to adjust the fire and everything else at the dome through the helpful guides/qr code accessible videos provided. Hot tub was amazing, they have it warmed up in advance when you arrive and the weather was good enough for us to enjoy the BBQ properly. Think our dome was a bit further away from the others, plenty of privacy. A lot of planes do fly overhead but if you're a stargazer, you'll get some great views at night. Shops over at Edenbridge have everything you need for supplies and the area is very scenic. Would definitely come back!
