"We cant rate the Kelvin hotel highly enough. We stayed there during the Bluff Oyster festival and attended a different large function. Despite the hotel being fully booked,nothing was a problem. This included making my husband a beautiful toasted sandwich & chips very late at night, when most hotels ..."
