"Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful but one guy on the breakfast crew was extremely rude when he turned off the juice machine and made my daughter cry because it was five minutes after continental breakfast ended. We nicely asked if he could turn it on for her to get a drink and he was very rude about it. Finally he did it but he was not kind or understanding at all. The rest of the staff was super nice. One lady apologized for the way he acted. The bathroom didn’t have enough toilet paper and the toilet didn’t flush very well. Overall it was fine for one night but definitely not the best service. "

"Very clean, easy check in! Staff was also friendly. They did knock 30 minutes before our check out time which was unnecessary but other that that good hotel to stay especially for cruising or flights. "

"Very old hotel. Falling apart. Only one elevator working but also in need of great repair with panels falling off buttons not lighting up. Weird smell in both rooms we had. Not clean in the bathroom. Food options poor. Charged for parking."

"The room condition was excellent. Very updated. Great toiletries, pillows and towels. Very spacious. The bad thing was that the wind whistled through the door or AC unit all night. This kept me up. The wait time to check in was 25 minutes. There was a large school group ahead of me. There should have been more people at the desk. I had already checked in online and just needed my key. They were not prepared for this group. There was no room to move at breakfast time and the food kept running out. I gave up trying to eat. I could not even get to the eggs. The receptionist did not really care. She was on her phone most of the time talking to her friend. The ride from the airport took 10 minutes with no stops."
