I stayed eight nights at Little Cozy Corner and spent more time troubleshooting internet and attempting to deal with Vacasa management than anyone would tolerate.The internet worked less than 25% of the time. It randomly went out for hours on end and randomly came back on. I reset the router over 100 times in 8 days. The bathroom door (opening into the kitchen) would not shut completely - leaving about a 2" opening. The kitchen cabinets have no pull knobs - thus, requiring the person trying to open one to wedge fingers in between the crevice and try to pry the cabinets and drawers open. None of these items were ever addressed, despite numerous texts and calls to Vaasa.When I arrived, the silverware drawer consisted of 1 teaspoon & 1 tablespoon, 3 forks, & 1 butter knife - all mismatched. Finally, on day 6 I received an updated set. Also on arriving, there were 4 mismatched pieces of glassware. 1 antique looking Sherry glass, one older champagne flute, and 2 mismatched highball glasses. No wine glasses..I received some matching highball glasses on day 5.I also had a problem with the bedroom air conditioner on day 1 that got resolved on day 2.It should have been painfully obvious to anyone prepping the unit for rental that there were serious deficiencies that needed to be addressed and I'm sure prior occupants reported these issues. Unfortunately, it seems that the Vacasa management for this property would just rather ignore the issues and wait for the unit to turn over again.I reported all of these issues on day one or day two of my stay.Attempts to contact Vacasa about these unresolved issues continue to go ignored even after checkout.
The space itself is nice and the location is very good - it's just not properly managed.
By contrast, I am staying at another Vacasa property now and have had excellent responses to minor issues.
