Weekend Getaway

Condo was very clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located near all the areas we like to visit, Boothbay, Damariscotta, New Harbor/Pemaquid. I would definitely stay there again

April Break on the coast of Maine

This property was very comfortable and in a great location; not far from many great hiking trails, the Maritime Museum in Bath, Fort Edgecomb, Sherman's Books in Damariscotta, the shops in Bath, etc! All ages had a blast! Thanks!

Great Maine getaway apartment

The apartment was exactly as shown online; if anything the view is nicer than in the photographs and the rooms larger! It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and linens were first-rate. The beds were really comfortable. We loved it and would return any time.

Great stay

Check in process was very smooth. Communication with property management to assure the quality of the stay was appreciated. The property pictures accurately reflected the condition of the house which was clean and comfortable. The quiet neighborhood was a great place to unwind. Really enjoyed the deck overlooking the water. We were especially luck to view the Northern lights during our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers.

Beautiful area. Only thing was we arrived at night and couldn’t see the “C” on the condo we were staying at. The light didn’t turn on until we were almost in. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Generally a good rental experiece

Clean and comfortable, had trouble getting on-line. with all our devices. A couple of rugs in the bedrooms would make it more homey. No dishwasher or bath, but shower was good and beds very comfortable. Very convenient to Wiscassett but unfortunately streets were torn up and being fixed at time.

Great getaway apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is as portrayed in the photos online. Maybe even nicer. The rooms were huge, and the beds were VERY comfortable, linens were great as well. We did not have to share the deck as no one was in the next apartment, so we hung out there a lot. Turnkey's communications were excellent, and their response to any concerns was immediate. We would definitely rent this one again.

The Condo was very nice , gor privacy there was none , You could hear ever conversation , tv , noise from the other units on both side ,this unit is in the middle i think there were units underneath too, NO DISHWASHER , AGE OF COVID , not being able to sanatize dishes utensils was a no go , sink is 20 " x 8 " couldnt even put a pot in to clean if had too , Shower drain moldy , Checking out says put cloths sheets in washer no laundry units in the condo , :( Also if you wish to relax with TV time tvs are 32 " , Area great , location great , amenities poor

Edgecomb Stay

This is a lovely property. It had both the feeling of seclusion with the ease of access and central location. The property is very spacious and well dwcorated, with very comfortable beds. Wish the kitchen were a tad larger, as we cooked a lot d/t staying away from restaurants for fear of COVID. The kitchen sink is tiny and washing dishes was a challenge, but doable. A minimal complaint overall. Loved having temperature control in every room. We were all over the coast of Maine during our week long stay, driving nearly 1000 miles! We saw 12 lighthouses, antique shops, pottery shops, Acadia Park, beaches and had several lobster rolls. Do NOT miss Reds Eats if visiting and have a love for lobster rolls! Worth the long stand in line. Smiled every time we crossed the bridge to Wiscassett. It was such a charming view. Maine is glorious and staying here only added to our pleasure.

Comfortable stay and excellent views

We loved spending time on the balcony or in the living room with the double doors open so we could enjoy the views of the water and the birds. The furniture was very comfortable and they had everything you need to cook a decent meal. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful property with beautiful water view. Easy drive to Booth Bay Harbor, Freeport, and Damariscotta. Very close to Reds for lobster rolls.

Loved our stay

We enjoyed our stay and having more room than one would in a hotel. We were two grown ups and two young adults. Young adults opted to not share a bed (they insisted it was a double-expected it to be a queen) so one slept on sleep sofa. Could not find linens for sleep sofa-only pillows and a blanket-so had to call Vacasa. Vacasa rep was excellent. Capacity of unit was six. There were only four of us but reserved for six hoping they would leave bedding and bath towels for six. No such luck. Bathtub towels were fairly thin and small. Small kitchen with coffee pot, stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Basic utensils available. Not the best quality but enough to make do. Good sized kitchen table. Hair dryer, iron and board, hangers. Nice porch overlooking the river. Overall great experience. Would happily return.

Great condo on the river

Spacious, clean, came with extra towels and cleaning supplies, balcony had lovely river view, AC worked great, and you can walk in the neighborhood to nice pier over the river.
