「It was ok. I was on a brief business visit in the area and the hotel satisfied my needs. 」

「Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more of a continental style. Only thing that I could suggest is setting a maintenance schedule for the batteries in the room door locks. We had an issue with not being able to get in the room upon arrival but the staff was very helpful and apologetic. They also immediately moved us to another room when the room assigned smelled like someone had smoked in it. Overall the staff was friendly and accommodating. 「This hotel should be closed. I booked five rooms.From the moment we arrived, the staff made the place feel uncomfortable. The rooms were dirty — see the photos. In one room a fire alarm was left on a dresser; if a fire had started we might not have known. The showerhead was disgusting, the towels were stained, the walls were filthy, and there was trash under a chair. The manager’s office was cluttered with boxes and presented a serious fire hazard. The laundry room was a mess. I don’t understand...
