「This hotel had staff that was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room was well maintained, quiet and comfortable, I wish the curtains were able to close to block out the morning sun, the breakfast was awesome! The pool and hot tub were great」

「Great location, minutes away from Air Force Base and shopping. Breakfast variety was slim to none but did offer something. Rooms are definitely in need of upgrades, from bathroom (very outdated) to the TV not having USB port for firestick or game systems power source. Not a bad stay but nothing compared to IHG, Marriott or Hilton properties but charge the same price as those before mentioned properties.」

「The maintenance on the property is done at the lowest cost to the family living there and running it - presumably themselves. It is what you’d expect, cheap lipstick on a pig. Also, had to wait in the lobby for ten minutes for someone to show up for check in, rang the door bells and called the property phone.」

「Beetles in the bathtub, air conditioner was not very good. Had a huge gap in the door frame. Inconsiderate guests were loud and obnoxious all night, and when I spoke to the lady at the front desk, she acted as if it wasn't important for her to take care of. Although the bed was comfortable, I woke up with bite marks on the back of my head from bugs. I wouldn't recommend staying there and I will not ever stay there again.」

「Very disappointing stay. My pregnant wife, two young children, and I checked in and were assigned a room that was extremely hot despite the AC running. As we settled in, we discovered the smoke alarm was completely missing, one TV remote had no batteries, the other did not operate the TV, and the refrigerator emitted a strong rotten fish-like odor that filled the room when opened. When I reported these issues and requested a different room, the front desk employee insisted on inspecting the...

「Room wasn't vacuumed prior to our arrival; musty smell in the halls; parking was OK. Hotel is a stand-alone building in the middle of a shopping area parking lot. Probably the worst Hampton I have ever been to. The building seemed "tired and worn" although it was just built in 1996 and renovated in 2017 (according to Google). I would not stay here again.」

「Rooms were run down, terrible stains on curtains, walls scraped and couch looked worse for wear. Despite non smoking premises- second floor had constant odor of marjuana and smoke. Staff at front very pleasant and breakfast options were sufficient. Pool on site convenient for stay.」
