「Clean room, outdated. Plumbing issues and pool not open.」

「Cute little rustic stay. We got a two bedroom cabin, each room had two queen size beds with 4 pillows each and each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen had a full size fridge, 4 top burner, air fryer and Keurig. I recommend bringing extra coffee pods. The river was gorgeous and we fished from the dock all weekend. Cute little place - we'll be back! There are new owners right now who are still getting stuff set up online, but I can see all the improvements they're making.」

「It was quaint, clean as a whistle, perfect little cottage type room away from the restaurant where we could have privacy, see the river out the back window, watch fireflies in the trees while sitting in Adirondack wooden chairs outside our room and listen to the rain. JoJo’s Catfish wharf was so good we had supper one night and lunch the next day there. Wonderful food and service. The canoe salad bar was a complete winner with me!」

「Even though I can sympathize with the limited amount of traffic through Clinton AR looking for overnights, this property could be stunning with some hard work. But that would require landscaping, cleaning the place up inside and out, providing the breakfast you advertised (but did not offer), pest control for ALL the sewer flies, fix the pool or fill it in, wash the bed covers or better yet replace, clean the carpets, and deep clean everything top to bottom.」

「Thankful that I could book at the last minute for a group of 5. The check in experience was great. We arrived late (4am) and were able to get right in via an electronic door code. The beds were absolute heaven! Everyone in my group agreed. Best nights sleep I’ve had in months! I was pleasantly surprised to find enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc to last our entire stay. Usually rentals just give you one roll and you have to supply the rest. There were plenty of towels, blankets...

「After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. I pulled the top sheet back and there was a drop of bright red blood on the bottom sheet. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no hand soap and there was an unknown spot on the hand towel. I went to the check in window which said “no refunds” and a woman came to...

「Great location as far as the restaurant is in walking distance and another great restaurant right down the road, just about 5 miles for downtown Mountain View. Beautiful lake to sit on the deck and look at. You can not fish from your cabin, which was disappointing, the cabin is just basic. Clean and neat, but no amenities, whatsoever, but a beautiful location.」
