“Love staying here! 8th trip in 2 years!!!”

“The hotel was no better or worse than I expected. There is construction going on around the property which makes parking a bit inconvenient but not a big deal. However, I was awoken at 4 am by a stranger opening my door. "Oh sorry" he said, "Sorry" and closed it again. I don't know if he was another guest opening my door by accident (but why did HIS room key work on my door? or a staff member, but it was unsettling.”

“Bianca at the front desk is fabulous!! She made check in and check out so easy and her personality is so welcoming and friendly. Love her !! One issue we had with the building itself is that the elevator is kind of scary. Lots of unsettling noises. The room was perfect and very comfortable. ”

“Suite was excellent door key would not unlock room door had to keep going to front to get it reactivated worked once and stopped working when checking out the guy at front counter was kinda rude I would stay again ”

“Ce n'est pas mon premier séjour dans cet établissement. J'y suis venu il y a 2 ans. J'ai apprécié le sérieux de la tenue de l'endroit. Il y a effectivement des interlocuteurs (réception, petit-déjeuner, problème relevant du bricolage). J'ai eu une poubelle vidée et des serviettes neuves chaque jour. Tout fonctionnait même si la prise de la lampe du fond était sortie du mur, et un abat-jour de lampe de chevet un peu cabossé. Je dors toujours avec des bouchons anti-bruits en hôtel aux Etats-unis.……

“the only drawbacks we experienced were for the most part caused by the eclipse happening. the breakfast buffet on monday took forever to seat me and by the time i was allowed in they had been running out of food. Half an hour to access half a buffet? AND we're expected to pay extra for it. Wow. Given the circumstances it should have been complimentary. Also there was some kind of event that occupied the whole front parking lot--again, related to the solar eclipse happening, as they were setting……

“Great place to stay. Very close to my friends in Rochester. I love how many restaurants there are near by. I’ve never had a problem here room is always clean.”

“The Door knob was actually missing on the inside of the bathroom if you closed the door you would actually be trapped inside and their hair dryer was unsafe,we enjoyed the room ”

“Directly across the street from the Strong Museum which was the purpose of our stay. The hotel is new and clean. Staff was pleasant and the in house restaurant served decent food and strong drinks. This hotel will be my go to the next time I visit Rochester.”
