The chalet has mostly everything you need. Customer service is pretty much non-existent. There’s phone numbers and email addresses everywhere but they NEVER answer or return your calls or email. If you expect passes to the hot springs (cause it says they’re included in your stay) just forget about them. There’s non in the chalet and they DO NOT respond to any questions about them.

Communication needs work
The chalet is wonderful! Great accommodations for our large group. Large kitchen with mostly everything needed. I was a bit disappointed that no one confirmed with us on arrival day that everything was ok- if they had I would have been able to let them know that the hot spring passes were not left for our group. In the house book there is a number to call if you need assistance- I called and left two messages without ever a call back. Only other way to get ahold of the owner was on the VRBO app, to which I sent a few messages and it wasn’t until I chatted with a VRBO agent twice regarding this that the owner messaged me back- had to rearrange our whole days plans due to this. Aside from that issue, was a great getaway weekend. The pullout couch downstairs does need replacing though, couch was comfier to sleep on than that bed!

The passes you mention which we generously offered to provide were dropped off on Saturday morning, your first morning in the chalet after you checked in on Friday night. Our housekeeping team had forgotten to leave them for you on Friday night but we are so glad that you all enjoyed the soak in our mineral hot springs here in Radium. Thank you again

Cozy cabin getaway
Cabin was a great getaway for our 2 families with 5 kids ranging from ages 1-7. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware and we cooked some wonderful meals here. Unfortunately the dishwasher was not operational or repaired during our visit which made for a lot of dishwashing with 9 people. Otherwise it was a great spot!

Yes, unfortunately the dishwasher stopped fully working during your stay, which you had said was not urgent, this was over New Year's and unfortunately we were unable to get the dishwasher fixed during your stay due to New Years. This was thankfully a one time event as we had never had any issues with the dishwasher prior to your visit and we are happy to say that it has been repaired. Beautiful well maintained property, fully equipped kitchen, very spacious lodge and was great for a weekend away with friends. Close proximity for a day trip to the hot springs. Also a very quiet/ peaceful area and everyone around was very friendly. Very cozy ambiance, would love to come back.

Lovely home away from home
It was the perfect location to meet up with family living locally during a family reunion. It was convenient, clean, quiet, and had all o the amenities. Somehow I missed the check-in notification 1 week prior to our stay and it was incredibly stressful getting anyone to update me the day before and day of check-in. We would stay there again.

Beautiful stay
The property is beautiful and well maintained. It was clean and well stocked. I was disappointed that we couldn’t have fire of any kind or use the facilities because we were “renters”

We did not advertise the use of any of the resort facilities or advertise that there would be a fire pit available. Unfortunately those resort facilities are only for the home owners use as in the past, the resort had many unruly guests that caused damage and disturbance so the Strata decided to only have those facilities available for the home owners in the resort, hence we do not advertise that these facilities are available for guest use. Best Vacay Ever!
Our stay at the cottage was everything we had hoped for and more!! After a couple of tough Covid years it was very special time for our family. The location of our cottage couldn't have been more serene and tranquil. The weather was perfect, the views spectacular and the closeness to amenities was the perfect balance between stillness and fun filled days of sightseeing and activities. The cottage was well stocked with everything we could need in the kitchen to prepare great meals. The wild life (mama and baby fawns) visited daily to the delight of all of us. Our family of nine could not have been more pleased with our choice to rent with Cobblestone Creek!

Wonderful time with family
This property provided a comfortable place to stay for our family while we enjoyed Radium, Panorama, Mount Swansea, and the surrounding area. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. There could have been more serving dishes in the kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay! Cabin was almost perfect, sofa bed was uncomfortable.
Renting this property was easy and we really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was great! Enjoyed skiing and the hot springs.

Good time
Nice cabin. Everything is there, nicely decorated, very thoughtful and tastefully set up. Only one complaint - the cabin is not in a rustic location. There is no yard or place to walk on site. Neighbours are close. And renters can’t use the pool which was a bit awkward. Cabin is great though and lots to do close by.

Fell short of our expectations
While the property sounds good on paper it fell short of what we were expecting based on the listing. The wifi was unusable. When researching the resort the cabin was located on one would expect that access to the pool and other amenities is included but that is not the case. Not that big of a deal but it would be nice to know before arriving at the cabin. The exterior pictures would make you think that the cabin is set off by itself which it isn’t. If it wasn’t for the empty lot next door one would be able to touch the cabin next door. The fully stocked kitchen was misleading in comparison to other Vrbo’s we have stayed in the past.

Winter getaway
We had such an amazing weekend staying at the chalet. We loved staying in the quiet community of Edgewater and exploring the surrounding area. The chalet had everything we needed and more and allowed for us to fully relax. We will definitely be booking more stays in the future!

Nice place but not the setting in mixed accommodation
Property well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Pictures of the outside do not reveal how it is situated with mixed trailor and house accommodations very close together, very small backyard. Inside the only big issue was the bathroom upstairs very dark and directly across from picture window floor to ceiling so no opportunity to be private. Ok but will not stay there again. I would choose Inveremere as a home base next time.
