Excellent stay for us near family

Our stay was very comfortable here. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

This little place was perfect for our girls’ weekend! The house was immaculate and there were many great features that made us feel right at home. It’s easily the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever visited. We loved the area too and enjoyed the little beach at Triton Beach Park. We’re hoping to visit again!

Cozy Comfort

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect place for our family to enjoy quiet and relaxation while less than 1/2 hour drive into Annapolis and the Naval Academy. We checked out the nature trails and horseshoe crabs at the nearby park too! Everything was clean and easy instructions for our stay. Will definitely plan to stay again!

Wonderful stay!

The property was perfect! Quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well equipped, we wanted for nothing. We enjoyed the large backyard and the nature park close by. Will definitely stay again!

Everything we needed

A lovely house in a peaceful neighborhood. We had everything we needed to grill and dine in. The beds & bathrooms were perfect as well. And we enjoyed a peaceful walk to the beach at the nearby Beverly Triton Nature Park. I would recommend.

Easygoing Stay

This property is extremely clean, organized, and made us feel right at home. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. We had everything we needed during our stay. The owner was great and very responsive. I will likely stay here again during my future trips to Annapolis. Thank you for a relaxing and carefree stay.

Wonderful home, a bit far from Annapolis & USNA

Rented the home for plebe parent weekend and made several round trips. A nice base but long commute to Annapolis. Better for a city getaway. Several beaches and parks nearby. Owner/property manager very accessible and accommodating. Well appointed kitchen, dining and living room. Highly recommend.

What a lovely home and the host is simply kind and helpful always replying to a message almost immediately. I would highly recommend a stay on this beauty. I also left behind some clothing and she has graciously offered to get it back to me!

Wonderful House

The house and yard were even nicer in person than in the listing. Everything was very clean. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, and everything was in good order. We were there to visit our daughter at the Naval Academy. It is about 27 min from the Academy yard, unless you are rush hour traffic.

Transition Stay

My husband and I stayed at Searenity Stays for an extended period while awaiting our house to be completed . The property was perfect for us! It was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The area is very nice and the neighbors friendly. The host was very flexible and worked with us as we were unsure when the house would be completed. She was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Quiet, Near the Water

We so enjoyed our stay at this property! It is beautifully appointed, well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, very comfortable and in a lovely and quiet neighborhood with great parks and the water within easy walking distance. The whole family agreed that it was the perfect place for our Easter weekend. We cooked and ate a lot, got some walks in, played a lot of games and rested very comfortably. We had a few questions along the way and Julianne was super fast to respond. 5 stars!!!

Adorable place close to the Ocean

My friends and I stayed at Searenity Stays early June 2023. I can’t say enough about the host. She was very responsive to all of our questions. We had one little hiccup on the first day but when I reached out to her she was so kind. Not only is the home adorable the neighbors are super friendly. If you’re planning a trip to Maryland definitely try Searenity Stacys. 5+++ stars.

Close to the Bay and Nature Park

Great location only 5 minutes walk to Beverly Triton Nature Park. We walked there every morning and saw interesting wildlife. Kids and adults can wade in the shallow, protected water, if that is desired. There are a variety of trails there so my teenage son who wanted to go on a run could log a few miles in a shady place without having to drive anywhere. Quiet neighborhood when we were there in late June. Nice patio outside and grill; Good place to hear the birds in the morning and evenings. TV is large and wifi was great; A/C works great too. Well stocked kitchen. Parked our car in driveway (no garage). Nearby local store for beer & canned goods about 5 mins away; Safeway is about 10-15 mins away.

Great Stay near the Beach for a Wedding at Mayo Park

We stayed at this property Thurs through check out Sunday and found it to have everything we needed. The home was very clean with plenty of bedding and towels. The 2 bathroms were clean and well laid out. The Host was easy to contact before we got there and left us some great information for local places as we did have a Glutten free memeber of the party and that info can be hard to find. All teh resturants she suggested were great and my wife was able to get her sea food at every meal!. Home was tucked off teh beatten path but that was what we were looking for and it was a short drive to the main road and to get to services. We did not use the kitchen much but it was supplied with plenty of tools and cooking gear. We will repeat when we get a chance! DaveB

80th Birthday Trip Adventure

Anytime I take my mother away it is always an adventure, this trip was no exception! Julianne's property is exceptional! It was perfect for my Mom who uses a cane, only one step in & out of the house, walk-in shower, comfortable furniture, very clean & organized! It was perfect! The house was exactly as described, check-in & check out was a breeze. Communication with the home owner was stellar! A wicked storm rolled in late Saturday afternoon, knocking out power to the entire community. I was in constant contact with Julianne as she provided updates as she received them from the electric company. We made the most of it & took an excursion into Annapolis for the evening. On the way back to the house we picked up some battery operated lanterns & water and we were good to go. The power was fortunately restored in the early morning hours. This definitely added to the fun memory of the birthday trip! I would not hesitate to stay at this home again!

Amazing!

Everything about this place was amazing! It was beyond clean, communication with the owners was amazing, great location, neighborhood was quiet and once in the house you could not even hear a car go by, perfect amount of space for a girl's weekend. If I ever come back to Annapolis/Edgewater I would stay here again!!

Relaxing stay in very comfortable house

The house is located near the bay in a quiet, private neighborhood. Everything we needed was available, and even more than that. We loved going to the nearby public beach, have lunch at a local bar,, stroll around in Annapolis (30 min drive). And went to DC for one day. Communication with Julianne was excellent. She responded promptly and was an excellent host.
