This property is an efficiency that sits on top of a garage in a quiet neighborhood. The perfect place to stay while taking day trips to Annapolis, the Eastern Shore, Washington DC or Baltimore. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator with ice maker, a toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot and is stocked with a set of dishes and glassware. There is a 65" 4K smart TV. One parking spot in the driveway is available.

Gotta see it!!!

Perfect for a couple weekend getaway! We were in town for sail boat demos for the weekend and found this newly renovated studio apartment above the owners garage bright and clean. With a short walk down to the beach, the beautiful sunrises will take your breath away! A must see. Will return again! Thanks Rob and Suzanne
