「The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

「This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, updated, and styled quite comfortably. We were attending a concert across the river in Cincinnati, and had no trouble driving or Ubering into town. The check-in process started off rocky, but was able to be resolved efficiently. I didn't have a number to call, but the rental company responded quickly to emails. I would definitely stay again.」

「Room was clean, but very dark.. like hallways and an unwelcoming lobby. Outside property littered with shopping carts and trash. My checking initially was totally unsat, but I was finally accommodated.. there was confusion as to my reservation..when I showed photo of property, I was deemed at the right place! I left hotel this morning, at 0509, and left key in drop.. I’m hoping my account is credited for the’damage’ protection.. if you need further info, let me know!」
