"Hotel Presidente is a gorgeous property in the center of San Jose. The room was clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. I loved the retro look and style. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Hotel provided great vibes and eatery had good food. Breakfast has been great and Manuel was amazing and very helpful when we had questions that needed to be answered and always greeted us with coffee. I will plan on visiting the radisson again in my next trip!"

"Hotel was unique- very cool. Pool area great, breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful. It would have been nice to have a communal fridge on first floor and an ice machine (or access to ice)."

"Right at the check-in, I was told there's no reservation under my name so I had to pay again (will have to dispute double payment), no air conditioner, moldy room, bathroom not so clean with no towel racks, smelly bed linen, pillow case with blood stain, noise road by the room, no lobby area or common kitchen facilities--it doesn't look like the pictures show. Location was okay and the staff (Joaquim) was very friendly."
