"The hotel is quite old, so there were many areas that needed fixing. For example, the room key was loose and did not work properly. If it is repaired well, I think it can continue to be a good hotel. The room was clean, and overall, it was decent."

"The Hotel is well located but there’s construction around it which causes lots of traffic to reach the hotel. Also there’s a nightclub on the street over facing the hotel and it’s very difficult to sleep , the music goes on until 5:00 am in the morning."

"Property is on a main street. We were on 8th floor. But there windows and doors have no sound proofing. So all night was so noisy, traffic, ambulances, street party you could hear it all. All day and all night. It was very annoying and bothersome to just relax in day time and even worae to sleep at night"

The concierge was very helpful providing excellent recommendations and great directions for getting around the city. The restaurant was great and had a nice selection of dishes; the food was delicious with perfect portions, and the waitstaff provided excellent service. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained at all times, and had a spectacular view of Chapultepec Park. I would definitely return to this hotel on my future visits to Mexico City."

"Overall we loved this property and location. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was very safe and secure. Most importantly, the neighborhood is amazing. Lots of great food in walking distance. It is not a very quiet area at night since there is lots going on so you can hear some noise from outside at times. Try to get a top floor here because otherwise you will hear people walking on the floor above. The park across the street was a great place to walk around at night."
