“First and foremost let me begin by saying the host was very prompt and courteous. Check in is 3pm and yet they allowed us to check in at 8am after traveling for 8hrs on the road. That alone was A. Property was clean and quiet. Host checked in on us halfway thru our trip. At the end of our stay we were thanked for the stay and presented with a gift card. For this being my first time using VRBO it was a fantastic experience. You wont be disappointed with your stay here.”

“First off the day I was supposed to check in I messaged Carlos multiple times in which he never replied so I had to call him! He then stated he had no reservations he had to check with co host and would call me back! He never called back next thing I know I received notification for cancel and then refund!!!! I was in another state with a party of 10 and check in was at 4 and we were cancelled after 6pm! When I called him back he basically stated what was he supposed to do someone else was in……
