I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and the service has usually been good. However, on this occasion we experienced issues with the room that were never resolved, which is not acceptable. As a result, we will need to reconsider staying there again.

Apex Waterloo Place Hotel
This place was one of the worst properties we visited while in England. Lets start with the rooms, the AC didnt work and the shower leaked all over the floor and ruined our luggage. You could tell this is an on going issue because the base boards were all swollen up and in bad shape. No wash clothes ...
