Nice service and the location is compact. The room is too small for 2 travellers. The sound insulation of room is poor as i heard the TV sound from adjacent room in middle of night. It needed to wait a long time for hot water for showering.

After they checked me in they said they had to do some kind of maintenance on air conditioning. Very irresponsible to inconvenience customers. I did not let them as I was very busy and did not want to change rooms.

Didn’t realise that Easyhotels were so basic and compact. Would not stay in one again. Didn’t like the open circulated air conditioning system that was cold and noisy 24/7. And blackout blind still let the light in. Hard lumpy pillows. Didn’t like the step up to the bathroom and it was non-slip but not really when wet and had to hold onto the door handle rail. Not my cup of tea and should have booked another hotel same or higher price.

I understand this is a backpackers stop/ budget hotel however for £120 this was ridiculous. The room is so tiny and the bathroom is so small it’s hard to function. The room has no accessibility to fresh air, it was literally like sleeping in a tin can at night and couldn’t wait to get out the room in the morning. I would rather hop on the r tram and stay out a few stops for something better. Just awful.

To market this building as a hotel is frankly misleading. A single door off the street meets you on arrival into a corridor filled with cabinets. There is NO LIFT!, so you have to drag your luggage up a single winding staircase to reception on the 1st floor. I say ‘reception’ but it is little more than a broom cupboard and only one person at a time is allowed in. If you are lucky, you are allocated a room on the first floor, if not you have the added issue of getting your luggage up another 1-2 flights. Once in the room, the joke becomes apparent. It is so small that if there are two sharing, one person has to stand in the toilet whilst the other gets dressed/undressed. There is just one small shelve and two coat pegs to hand:store anything. The idea is that you store your baggage under the bed, ok if you have a small hold-all but a suitcase will not fit. The toilet/shower is again so small, it’s one at a time and again there is nowhere to put a toiletries bag. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything said from the cell next door or indeed, above. I would to put something positive but there is nothing to be positive about. This establishment is so bad it’s unbelievable.

Amazing location! Ideal for walking around and visiting the cities top attractions, it’s a very central location! The staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful and accommodating, I would totally stay here again. We had a small double room with no window and it was small as described in the property details but it worked for us, there is storage under the bed so you can definitely work with the room you have! I also felt super safe during my stay! I need to again mention how wonderful the staff were, because they were truly AMAZING! I also appreciated that they have a water filling station!
