The staff was friendly and location was very convenient. Only concern, if you have a heavy suitcase there is not a ramp available to get to the elevators. Other than that I would stay there again.

Two members of staff stuck out, Niamh/Neve and Gordon. They both made our stay rather fantastic. Niamh, greeted us with so much enthusiasm it made us feel really welcome. Gordon especially, as one of our party lost sunglasses, and he searched high and low. He returned them to us after one day. And he was genuinely helpful and very sociable and welcoming. That’s a shout out to Gordon. 😀
