CLAN RANALD UNIT 2 is one of two units, has 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 5 guests with a short walk to the Jetty, tidal swimming pool, hotels, cafe and main street.

Main bedroom with a queen size bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds and a fold up bed (suitable for child) if needed. Small kitchen with microwave, lounge with dining table, TV, DVD, VCR and stereo, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner. Bathroom with vanity, walk in shower & w/c. Shared front loading washing machine, bait fridge and large freezer available in small shed by units.

Unlimited free Wi-Fi available

There is a shared BBQ area with outdoor setting, gas BBQ, pizza oven, fish cleaning facility. There is plenty of room for the boat, trailer and car. CCTV now installed for parking area and drive way, this can be viewed from the unit on the smart TV.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Please note - if fold up bed is required you will need to let office staff know, you will also need to bring your own pillow, quilt as well as linen.

Please note - Linen can be hired for this property - this is not included in the tariff pricing - if you would like to hire linen you will need to contact the office. Please see below pricing for linen hire:

Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, IGA, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, hotel. Only a minute short drive to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach.

Beautiful seaside unit

Great location, kids loved the ease of walking to the beach/tidal pool. Neat and tidy unit with plenty of storage and facilities. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!

The best property we have stayed in in this price range..Not only was the unit very clean it had everything you could possibly ever ask for when it comes to budget short term accommodation. The outdoor, BBQ, and dog friendly area was also fantastic. Finally the management of this facility were very approachable and professional...🙂

Fishing trip to Edithburgh

The unit was great, very clean, tidy and very comfortable. A well equipped kitchen and the outdoor bbq area was also very equipped with a bbq, Webber, smoker and pizza oven! Town people are friendly, meals at the Edithburgh Hotel were huge, very good value. Boating and fishing was also terrific.

If you are a fisher person then the outdoor facilities at Clan Ranald Units is fantastic. Plenty of space to park a boat when not in the water. Great scaling and fish processing/management area. Great BBQ space to cater for all.

Small, neat unit close to tidal pool

The unit is small but neat and tidy. Our family of 4 managed fine once we shifted the dining table against a wall. Single couch is an intimate fit for 4! A decent sized bathroom with good water pressure in shower, comfortable beds, huge TV in main living space and one in each bedroom. Lots of pots, pans and kitchen appliances. Fans in bedrooms are a little noisy if you're a light sleeper. Air-con in main living efficiently cools the whole unit. Don't forget to bring toilet paper, garbage bags, cling wrap etc. If you're bringing your dog put in doggy (poo) bags as there are no dispensers in or around Edithburgh that we could find. Note: The unit's outdoor dog area is not accessible via unit - got to go outside and round the back. Good shaded outdoor area with BBQ, pizza oven etc. Shed has washing machine, additional fridge, freezer, vacuum, mop etc. Outdoor sink for cleaning up all those fish and crabs you catch. Loads of space to park your car, boat. Beautiful beaches close by esp. Troubridge and those less populated ones further round! Great body surfing and boogie boarding! Paula and bookings staff were fabulous - sorted out a very minor glitch with speed and kindness. Thank you! Hope to be back :)
