“It smelled a little odd when I first got there but that went away after I turned on the A/C. The apartment appeared very clean, however. As of 4/8, the mattress has two massive, body-shaped divots that you migrate into no matter what; the couch is hard, lumpy, ripped and stained. TV works well, A/C works well and there is a nice stock of soaps, towels and linens. I didn’t use the fridge or freezer but they appeared functional. The bikes each had a low tire and no pump is available in-unit. ”

The property owner also responded quickly to any issues.I absolutely love this location—honestly, I would even consider living here as a rental home if I could. Parking is very convenient and located right nearby. The fenced area made it feel safe for my dog, and the neighborhood also felt safe while walking my dog.”

“This was a very clean, comfortable unit. Great beds and accommodating bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of a misfitting tiny coffee pot and chipped soup bowls and plates. The TV was unable to function properly for the last half of our stay. The apartment does not have access to the router and therefore could not be reset. I was not given entry instructions until I requested them just before we arrived. ”

“Very unsafe. The place is above a garage like a beach house and when first going there the stairs are loose and rotting and railing is loose as well. When getting inside the floors feeling like they are going to fall in and have my soft vertigo and I started to get dizzy and I don't have it. It really was bad! Then we inspected below the garage and you can see a horrible fix where the floors did fall through! Also my soft could see me walking through the place. That is how thin the floors are!……
