“We had a great time. The property was as described. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the deer. Only thing that would make it better would be a softer mattress in the main bedroom and maybe so pillows on the couch . But everything else was perfect. Hope to rent again in future. Thanks for a great weekend. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Walkable to town center (bars/restaurants) and close to the hikes we wanted to do. Interior of the house was nice and clean. Appliances were all great, especially the A/C. Ahhhh…We spent some evenings chilling on the porch on the glider chair. Hot tub was great.Minor gripes…. Grass needed a cut and the wood decking near the hot tub felt a little “shaky” in spots.Overall had a great time and would recommend!”

“Great location! Cassidy and Wendy were great hosts and very good with communication. We did arrive in the dark and even with clear directions, struggled a bit on finding the cottage. The entry to the driveway is a bit rough and bumpy. Be sure to stay in the middle of the driveway. It worked well for a our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The "hobbit" area upstairs is great for kids. ”

“This is a charming house with tons of amenities. We loved our stay. It was a great home base for our WV adventures, located near many outdoor activities but in a calm, peaceful spot. We loved the firepit, the grills, and the board games (Clue forever!). William was wonderful to work with, very responsive. All the stars!”

“Super clean, easy access, great back porch for cookout and just hanging out. Amazing bathroom facilities, comfortable bed.”

“The Shack is lovely. It was an adorable little rustic home and was a great place to rest our heads before heading out for adventure. ”

“Our cabin was extremely clean and cozy. It fit our two families of four well. We enjoyed the hot tub and the campfire, kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking needs. The only issue we had was the can opener needed replaced! ”
