I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, parking was available, room was spacious and comfortable. It felt like staying in a condo instead of a hotel, which was good with children in our group. Everything was available in the room as needed that you dont often find in a hotel. I enjoyed my stay

The property needs a little updating but over all went for an Oiler Game with 4 people stayed in a suite with a kitchen 2 king size bed and two bathrooms. Walked to the game from hotel. Lots of options for meals and entertainment…you won’t be disappointed.

Reasonably appointed well located hotel

Conveniently located close to where family live. So we could walk to their place. location is also good for restaurants and entertainment. Rooms are also spacious and reasonably well appointed.

Super homey and comfortable

Really loved the layout, ambiance and convenience. Good linens, clean and nicely restocked day too. Thank you. The parking situation is really frustrating though. It seems to be an issue a lot of people mention.

This hotel was great for two couples. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet, but outside there was lots of traffic. The indoor parking lot was full so we had to park across the street in the shopping center which wasn't ideal due to the colder weather, but wasn't unreasonable either. I will consider staying here again when in the Edmonton area.

The stay overall of great! Loved the double king suite for family. The updates to the hotel were amazing but on check out in the morning on Monday. The clerk working reception desk. Parking was an issue. I called day prior and was told there was underground parking. Upon check in I was told it was full & to park in outdoor lot. I left my license plate with front desk as requested however someone didn’t do their job & they towed my vehicle. I spent an hour waiting to hear from the staff at the reception desk, not knowing if my vehicle had been stolen or towed. It was extremely stressful & plans for that day were ruined. They said they had made a mistake & the only compensation I was offered was $50 for the cab I had to take to go get my vehicle from the towing company. This was meant to be a fun weekend and was anything but fun! Would never stay at the Canterra Suites ever again!!!
