Staff were very pleasant. The hotel was a bit outdated, wallpaper was peeling and the the cupboards were well worn.
However rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had no issues with our stay at all. Location to downtown was perfect without the huge price tag. We came in for a Hockey game and it was a less than$10 uber to the arena.
