Chateau Lacombe Hotel
In a somewhat dodgy part of downtown (Though there is seemingly always uniformed security in the lobby!) Building is quite run down, and overall the feel is that of a 1980's hotel which has undergone miminal upgrades.

Would not recommend, however due to the price it isn't a terrible alternative compared to similarly priced motels. Has everything you'll need but not exactly a pleasant stay for us.
