"Very friendly and helpful staff all excellent. good facilities including gym, pool and laundry etc. very good location for shrines and lots of supermarkets and 7-11 type shops - they lost a star as we thought it was very cheeky to charge guests to use the cocktail bar ( 2000 - 3000 Yen) on top of drinks and several nights accommodation costs!"

"One of the great hotels we stayed at was Oriental Tokyo Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. The room was clean and modern, with a TV that had Netflix and could be linked to your account. The amenities were fantastic, especially the yuzu bath salt and hair oil. The breakfast was delicious, featuring a breakfast burger, donuts, and fresh orange juice. The washer and dryer were separate and located on the second floor, and there was no need to use coins; a credit card was sufficient. They also accepted paid Amazon packages and offered luggage forwarding through Sagawa, which was on the first floor. The hotel was easily accessible to Disney, and parking was 3000 yen per night. There was ample parking space on the first and second floors. As a bonus, they offered free snacks. Lawson, a 24-hour convenience store, was also accessible. We had a wonderful stay at Oriental Tokyo Hotel and would love to return. Thank you for providing such a great experience! "

"Nice place in a great location."

"Location was within walking distance to the Senoji temple and Kappabashi street which was great. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the main Asakusa station though. There's another Asakusa station near the hotel but it's for another company and appears to have trains that connect to other cities so we didn't use it. We were able to get to the Asakusa station from Narita, approximately an hour and 20 minutes, without transferring which was nice. There are also many restaurants and a mall within walking distance. The beds were a bit firm but everything was clean and they offer some extras like slippers, combs, razors, etc. The breakfast has a lot of options and there was generally a snack provided by the hotel from 8-10pm. There is complementary coffee and tea at the front desk as well. Would stay there again!"

"The attention of the staff is good; but I made the reservation for three people and surprised when I entered the room a single bed and small one outside of that when I demanded that they only told me that this was the case and that if I wanted something bigger I had to pay extra when I booked for three people. You did the cleaning every 2-3 days the location is a bit far from everything I wouldn't come back here."
