The beds were extremely comfortable. The floors and carpets would have gotten a 5/5 but there are construction workers staying there (and will be continuing to stay there) that forget to bang the mud off their boots before walking in the hotel - it's no fault of the staff - they clean it up and 5 minutes later it happens again. The staff were very welcoming and ready to help with anything you needed.

Angela (front desk) and Joe (maintenance and cleaning) were both fantastic and made sure everything was good. The complimentary breakfast was really good. My only recommendation would be to have some kind of mat at the outside door so snow and/or mud aren’t tracked around the room

We ended up leaving as soon as we entered the room. Mattresses don’t have zippered covers, old mattresses, stains on sheets, including blood. Exposed and stained box spring. Staff was nice and reimbursed us.
