“It was an okay experience overall. Frankly, we expected much more from this place, especially considering the high price we paid. The kitchen was very outdated and poorly equipped. The pans and pots were overly used, some even rusty, and many of the utensils were in bad shape and difficult to use. The place it self was nice, quiet and cozy. It didn’t blow my mind though. ”

“I picked this cabin for the proximity of several hiking locations. Perfect location to enjoy Garner State Park, Lost Maples Natural Area, the Frio and several local hiking/ biking areas. The room was super clean. Exactly as pictured. Mattress was very comfortable and the extra blankets came in handy on a 35 degree night. Great views from the porch and around the property. Hiking and mountain biking trails in the back of the property were great. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the hills. I'm……

“Cabin was rustic and clean. Great vibes. Had lots of books and games, plus corn to feed the deer. Was such a treat be be greeted by sometimes 10 or more deer on the property. Extremely scenic with plenty to see just walking around the area.”

“Pet friendly, with easy access to beautiful Frio. Everything we needed was included. Hostess was very pleasant to accommodating.”
