Our beautiful Colorado townhouse comes fully equipped for your vacation. Beautifully decorated, great location, quiet and comfortable.
You’ll feel right at home here, we hope. The main level boasts an open floor plan with high ceilings, durable floors, fireplace, spacious kitchen, large dining table, a powder room, and an outdoor patio with gas grill and seating. During the winter there's a boot dryer for your ski or snowboard boots.
Upstairs is the primary bedroom (king bed) and bath. Laundry, two guest rooms, and full bathroom are downstairs. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. This home's beds sleep 6 comfortably. Just steps from the front door is the Homestead Court Club with indoor pool and hot tub, steam room, tennis courts, racquetball courts, cardio equipment, weights, Peloton bikes, Pilates and fitness classes. If you'd like to use the club, ask me to register you; you'll sign a waiver and check in with the front desk each time. It’s a short walk, bike ride, or drive to Riverwalk where you can eat at one of a dozen restaurants, pick up groceries, shop, or go to the movies. Walking and biking trails along the Eagle River or in our neighborhood’s open spaces are beautiful and easy to access. This home is located just 10 minutes from Beaver Creek and about 15 to 20 minutes from Vail. We are walking distance from the bus route through the valley although it's best to have a car. If you fly direct into Eagle airport (EGE), we are just a 25 to 30 minute drive.
