Renovated townhome in Homestead community of Edwards

Perfect location for winter or summer. 6 minutes to Arrowhead, 10 minutes to Beaver Creek, 20 minutes to Vail and just a minute up the hill from the shops and restaurants of Edwards. Hiking paths can be accessed right across the street.

Kitchen and powder room were renovated at the end of 2024.
Paint, flooring, bathrooms, washer/dryer and furniture were all updated in the fall of 2021.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bath. For additional guests there is a queen pull out couch in the living room with a memory foam mattress. Open concept living area with dining room that seats six. One car attached garage.

The home has a membership at the Homestead Court Club and it will be made available for use on rentals up to 2 weeks. The club has an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room and gym.

2-week max rental during ski season. Please contact me if you are interested in a longer term.

For the security of guests and the property, we have Ring cameras installed at the front door and in the garage.

Great location in Edwards. Convenient to restaurants and skiing. Easy check-in process. Condo was clean and comfortable. Having a garage was great since it snowed during our stay.

Perfect Condo Stay for a Family Ski Trip!

This condo was perfect for our family ski trip to Vail (4 adults and 1 infant). The entire condo was spacious, sparkling clean, and well-stocked (kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms). The area was also quiet (perfect for a good night's sleep - the beds were also super comfortable!). Some of our party used the Homestead Court Club and said that it was great. The drive to Vail was short - just under 20 min. Cheryl was quick to respond to any questions we had and our stay was everything we could've asked for and more! If we return for another ski trip, we'll certainly book this condo again!

Cozy and Clean

My husband and 2 boys stayed in Cheryl’s townhouse and was amazing, she had everything for the kitchen, which is key with kids and cooking in!! Overall the place was spotless , the beds were super comfy , and the pullout couch was comfy as well.. We were down the street from Downtown Edwards , and about 2 miles for Beaver Creek Village.. It was a great place!!

Great place to stay near Beaver Creek & Vail Ski Areas

Nice stay in a comfortable townhome. Beds very comfy, nice linens and baths/ kitchens well equipped. Owner very responsive. Short drive to BC and 25 mins to Vail. Cooked at home most evenings. Really enjoyed our stay.

Ideal apartment / condo

This was a good value for money property close to Arrowhead / Beaver Creek ski areas. The property is in a quiet location and was ideal for those on a reasonable budget wanting a good standard accommodation with a useable garage. The host was very helpful and provided clear instructions for access to the property and information required while staying at Edwards. Overall recommended and would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We have stayed at many vrbo properties but we were blown away that this one had everything you could ever need! Every little detail was covered. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and having such a nice grill to cook on. We would stay here again!

Edwards City Colorado Lodging

I appreciated and loved everything about the townhouse: Spacious, Color Coordination, Window Treatments, tastefully selected dining ware, wall decor, living room and bedroom furnishing. The interior is totally contemporary with warm shades of grays and white. Tastefully selected kitchen appliances. Beds are comfortable (slept in both) Linen soft and comfortable. Spacious one car garage. Heating is excellent! I was very toasty in the home. Best of all the price was right, perfect relative to any other place I could have chosen to reside for the four days I was there. Cheryl is kind and quickly responds to correspondences.

Perfect spot for Vail ski week-end!

Cheryl is an excellent host—so responsive! She even helped with restaurant tips (Zino in Edwards was great for Italian take-out after hitting the slopes. Thank you Cheryl!). Would recommend this charming & cosy spot to anyone!
