Overall this unit is run by the management company - which is excellent - It is part of a group of rooms that you dont get the exact room you pick - Our unit was clean but a little dated - Have stayed at Arrowhead village and booked Directly with the owner on VRBO where we got the exact unit we booked-Seemed much higher end - Not a unit picked on arrival - Otherwise everything was excellent
