「we've booked two same suite but at the end the hotel gave us one ensuite and one smaller room the charge of the room are the same which we are very disappointed with this but they hotel said they don't have other room for us. the kitchen supplies was not enough, there is no spoon / folks / knife in one of our room and I requested for it but never deliver to us. the so call "room cleaning" service is not daily. they will not clean the bathroom bin / take your rubbish everyday. For a budget...

「Very nice modern design 」

「Staff were amazing. We were arriving late but got held up in UK where our flight was delayed over 3 hours. The hotel phoned us to check we were ok and talked us through key collection as we were arriving after reception closed. They also sent the info by text. Hotel was further away from Copenhagen airport than we realised but staff told us next day that if we had phoned them they would have transferred us to a closer hotel. Staff on reception were so helpful and contacted car hire company next...

「Property in great location, but major problems with both internal bathroom door and more importantly the door to access the property. We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk).
