"Spacious clean room with spacious bathroom, The hotel is close to number 19 GVB tram station, and about 15minutes walk to Sloterdjik station. There’s not much eatery around, may be that’s why is very quiet at night. Bed is comfy but the pillows are way too soft. The hotel is upgrading all mattresses from 2025.9.29, so hopefully they upgrade the pillows as well. Breakfast is great for €18."

"The bed is big, however climbing up the bed is a bit tricky. The environment is quiet, nice and there are always friendly receptionists. We did enjoy our 3 night there, but probably no more than that, big luggage is really hard to get access and need to manage the space well. The toilet and shower room is amazingly well maintained and clean. "

"The hotel’s really close to the train station, and there’re supermarkets, restaurants nearby, so it’s convenient for shopping. The staff were all really friendly and helpful."

"We stayed there for six nights. The room is reasonably clean and most things worked. However, the room was not cleaned after the first night. There was no button panel at the room where we could ask to clean the room. It was ok for two days. Then the rubbish bin became full and the floor a bit dusty. On the forth evening, I approached the front desk around 9pm and asked our room be cleaned the next day. The person at the front desk took down our room number and confirmed they will get our room cleaned the next day. The next day, we went out from 8:30 am for the whole day, returned around 8:15 pm in the evening. We found that our room was not cleaned. We went to the front desk and asked about it. The person at the front desk didn’t apologise at all and turned to us to say that we should have asked the front desk in the morning. It was an irresponsible and unacceptable response and there was not any apologetic sense. Rather, we were blamed for not asking again despite we were confirmed they will arrange cleaning and we were not asked to remind the front desk in the morning. "

"Generally, everything is nice, but it's quite disappointed without any view, because of the room sitting at ground floor and it's pretty noise for me to hear from the car park."
