“Best hotel I have ever stayed at! From the Mountain View’s to the warmth of the staff would come back in a heartbeat. I have a dairy allergy and they catered for it perfectly never feelin like a fuss and just changing up recipes as needed. Location is peaceful and quiet and beds are super comfy. And this is all before I have even talked about their amazing sauna ”

“提早預定湖景套房、因為靠湖邊所以比較潮溼、所以房間不是很理想跟櫃檯更換靠前區的房間裝潢是新裝修好的＇因為是家庭旅遊，所以其中有一間是三人房實在有夠棒比想像中的還美、房間區有三個床位，還有一個客廳區分隔開來因為是實木地板，所以都是拖鞋在裡面走動就像在家裡一樣有夠讚， 早餐豐盛非常完美，這家飯店離新天鵝堡很近，高天鵝堡更近10分鐘、就可以走上去，晚上還可以在湖邊散步是所有的飯店地理位置最棒的、早上去新天鵝堡中午還可以回去休息，下午再去高天鵝堡”

“We visited Schloss Neuschwanstein during the day, and stayed in the hotel. It's very nice , cosy and clean in the room. Good beer and desert in the restaurant. Had a wonderful and relax time during the stay.
Highly recommended if you drive while visiting Schloss Neuschwanstein.”
