「We waited at the front desk for 5 minutes while we checked in. But the breakfast was very good.」

「It’s an older hotel but had a clean room and was very quiet. Nice staff and very Nordic/ good breakfast. Had a charm but isn’t major chain updated if that’s what you are into. The lead is that it is at a tourist destination. Easy to stroll out and enjoy the views and sip on some coffee.」

「Over priced. Facility is old, doors are sometimes not locked. There is no security box. AC doesn’t work well. Power outlets are low voltage, so you cannot charge PC. You need to pay additional fee for the pool, which is not clearly mentioned in the Expedia web page. Scenery is good but no need to stay at this hotel. Transportation connection is terrible if you travel from Voss station unless you have a car. They totally relied on old reputation.」

We got a message offering fresh local breakfast, We signed in advance, however we were informed they have not opened this service for the season and was an automatic message.」

「Our family stayed in the family suite for a summer trip to Voss on a stopover from the Norway in a Nutshell route. The family who owns the historic farm property is so helpful and nice. The property and room were beautiful. The highlight was the farm-to-table organic dinner and breakfast. Delicious! I would 100% recommend to anyone to stay here.」
