「We waited at the front desk for 5 minutes while we checked in. But the breakfast was very good.」

「The access to Voringsfossen is unmatched. The hotel is literally at the top of the waterfall. We were able to walk around the waterfall after and before the other tourists could get there. You could see down the canyon from our balcony. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent and the morning breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. No hotel in the area could match the benefits of the Fossli Hotel. 」

「Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het bed is erg comfortabel. Uitgebreid en smakelijk ontbijtbuffet met ruime keuze. Gratis koffie (ook allerlei soorten zoals cappucino etc.) en thee bij het restaurant met zitruimte binnen en buiten. Het douchegordijn is niet fijn en waait naar je toe tijdens douchen. Aangenaam verrast door dit hotel en zou het volgende keer weer kiezen. 」

「Vi hadde bestilt en billig hytte, da vi var på rundreise med hund. Ble positivt overrasket når vi kom inn i hytta. Hytta var ren og pen, utstyrt med et tekjøkken med nødvendigheter. 2 gode senger og et lite kjøkkenbord med 2 stoler. Vi spiste en god og "rimelig " middag på gjestgiveriet. 」

「The hotel was great , Location was laterally next to train station and bus station. Staff were friendly. 」

「Staff was friendly and professional. This is an older hotel that has had the common areas updated. The room we had was small and there was a crumpled paper towel under the bed along with a cotton swab under the desk. We were unable to get hotter water out of the shower so we settled for a warm shower. The options for the area are extremely limited. The only restaurants other than the hotel restaurant in the immediate vicinity were closed by 6 PM. 」

「The lake view of the hotel is the best I ever see. It takes a few minutes walking to the lake and the beautiful park. The location is convenient to bus and train station, hiking trails and restaurants. 」

「The hotel lobby and restaurant have a charming view (water front), but the room facilities feels renovation needed, such as only one clothes hook inside the bathroom was loosened, water flowed allover after shower, toilet roll was hard to reached (80cm away)…etc. Overall, the price-performance ratio is not high enough」
