Can't recommend this hotel

The children's slides in the pool do not work (and judging by the rest of the comments, it is not known when they worked at all for the last time), and this is one of the reasons why we chose this hotel). It is not clear why they post photos of these slides, if they do not work - this is a real deception of guests. Both bars in the hotel "do not work because of the situation in the country." I perfectly understand the situation in the country (we have a war right now), and it was because of this situation that we moved from our house to a hotel. In which, in the end, you can't even drink water, because the bars are closed. I am already silent about the fact that the presence of a pool bar was also one of the reasons for choosing this particular hotel. Second pool (heated) it was filled with water, but it was permanently closed to guests, so at the end of October it was possible to swim only in the main pool without heating. In general, a hopelessly spoiled weekend and a waste of money.

I have stayed at many 5 star properties but the level of customer appreciation in this family friendly hotel would put them to shame. Any request was responded to promptly and with a smile. Employees seemed happy and that translated into service. Kudos to the manager. We were a large group(3 suites- 5 adults and 3 children). Meals were buffet style with food options for vegans, vegetarians and children always available. I would definitely come back.

Over all our staing was good . The service was exelent. The room nids a litel updating .the food was good and plenty. No fitness club. Dining room is on the next hotel.

Not worth price.

A very expensive hotel for little value. The amenities are in two separate hotels, a kettle in the room, no coffee or cups, shower had soap dispenser, no shampoo etc. No real parking nearby, just a public parking garage for anyone, not reserved for hotel guests. Room didn't have bed arrangement that I ordered, they brought a terrible mattress to suffice, still we were short one bed.

It was great stay! The room was clean, a lot of food during breakfast lunch npand dinner, pool. Wi Fi worked fine. The price was right too, can’t go wrong with this hotel

Very good location

Astral Nirvana Suites were under redecoration so we were placed in Astral Nirvana Club (two joint buildings). Very good location, 3 minutes from the bus station (where the bus from Ovda airport arrives), 3 minutes to the rental car agencies (sixt, hertz, avis, budget), 10 minutes to the port area (beaches, promenade etc). All inclusive includes: breakfast, dinner (13.30-15.00) and supper (18.30-20.00) + drinks. We were out of the season (middle of February) so no crowds, the restaurant provides service for two joint hotels: Astral Nirvana Suites and Astral Club. One night, there was a group of teenagers, so we had a feeling how it looks like during the high season. The biggest swimming pool was closed but we could use the swimming pool of Astral Suites.

Stay away!

This hotel is not a 4* hotel at all, comparing to european standards it is not more than 1-2*. Overall the hotel looks dirty, rooms and bathroom in a poor condition and very dirty, the bathroom lacks of basic utensils, very bad quality of soap, unpleasant smell in the whole hotel, very unpleasant service in the all-inclusive bar, very limited offer in the all-inclusive bar, lunchtime prevents you from using it for a one-day stay . tasty dinner at the Astral Marine hotel, good breakfast the rate for the room (over 200$ per night) is outrageous, for the same price you can stay in a 5star luxurious hotel in an european capital city.

שירות גבוהה מאוד מכל נותני השירות

הזמנתי סוויטה בסוויטס והלילה הראשון לא היה מהנה מכיוון שהחדר היה במצב רעוע אבל מרגע שפנינו לזהבה בקבלה היא העבירה אותנו לסוויטה מהממת בקלאב והזכרון הרע מהלילה הראשון נעלם ואנחנו אפילו נחזור שוב למלון בעתיד (לקלאב).
